Apudos Ltd – Privacy Policy

We understand that your personal information is important to you and Apudos Ltd (“we” or “us” or our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and contacts.

This policy sets out the basis on which any personal information we collect from you, or that you provide to us will be processed and our practices regarding the use of your personal information. Information we may collect about or from you
  • Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our Site or by using our App. The information you provide may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.
  • Information we collect about you. Each time you use our service we may also collect camera images relating to parcel deliveries including CCTV. We may also collect historical data from your previous service deliveries from us.
  • Information we receive from other sources. We may receive information about you from the property facilitator where our Apudos services are active to ensure we can provide our services adequately and sufficiently to you. We also work closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners and subcontractors but will only receive your information for legitimate interest when we have an operational reason to do so
  • Cookies. Our website and app may use cookies to distinguish you from other users. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse these and also allows us to improve the service delivery.
The reason we have your information
  • To register you as a new customer, on the basis that it is necessary for us to do so to provide the our services to you
  • To carry out our obligations to you and to provide you with products and services that you request from us, on the basis that it is necessary for our performance of the contract we have with your building
  • To notify you about changes to our Service, on the basis that it is necessary for our legitimate interest in promoting and marketing our goods and services and providing a better service for you

  • We may also transfer your personal data if we are under a duty to do so in order to comply with any legal obligation, or if it is necessary for our legitimate interests in order to enforce or apply our terms of use (for which see our terms and conditions) and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Apudos Limited, our customers, or others. Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you will be securely stored at a destination inside the UK for our own administration purposes. It may also be processed by staff who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order.
